i'm a bad bad bad person who is NOT going to be in shape for the fall crosscountry season. why? well, after running for 30 min this morning i was all "weee! me good!" then i went and had 1700 cals over the period of breakfast, lunch, and dinner. discouraged and i gave in and had a big bowl of homemade ice cream cause it was calling my name and i depressed (see # of cals already consumed=depressed and discouraged which i fix by having like 600 frigging cals in one go >_<) why do i do this to myself?
i think i'm going to have to skip my 2 weeks of 30 mins and go straight for the 45 min for the next couple weeks then the 60 min for the last 4 weeks of summer..... damnit! there just arent enough weeks to this break *sighs*
i really need to go get ready for bed so i can wake up nice and early tomorrow... lots of running to do... joy >_< though its my own fault.... must be more diligent and resist all temptaions... [repeats over and over to psyche herself up for crunches]
