thoughts....or something
Apr. 24th, 2005 02:05 pmi closed DB. .. .i'm at the point where i'm just sort of detached but i'm still pretty sure this is the right thing to do. i rarely update the site (mostly because of lack of interest but also because it doesnt get a whole lot of traffic) and its just wasting my webmistresses' space.
Also, i think now that Webphilia looks to be closed permanently i'm going to open a new portfolio site for my own art work now that the muse seems to be flowing fairly well. I even have a name and layout done up *small squee* i just need to find a host. i think i'd rather do that and maybe even start making PS shtuff for people.
today is the mum's bday and i still can't seem to get her gift made--i tried working on it again this morning (i'm making a cover for a book she's writing) but it turned out to be crap. Britt is such my muse, i mean, i made 2 whole pieces of art yesturday simply because she was *there* we werent even talking that much (until the whole thing broke down into an angst fest) gawd i miss her. *sniffles*
she apparently did a soul searcing too and came to the realization that she really is rather Bi *lol* i'm not sure if she's going to come out to her family though (who are rather like mine--v.much frown on that sort of thing) i think she's told a couple other friends.
i'm going to go try to work some more.
