Christmas and other random stuff

winter_roguewell, i'm happy, not only did i get Petra's new cd (which hopefully will arive in a few days) but i got a palm pilot for school! i'm really excited, this will, i think, really cut back on all the lose papers i'm always dropping *lol*
it was surprising how many new pairs of socks i received too... people must be tired of my 1 red 1 khaki style *wink* and after all these years of me trying to find one, my sis and Bro-in-Law got me a "Carry Grant" scarf :D you know those scarves he always wore in his movies? you know, the really nice ones he'd wear with a wool trenchcoat? well, anyway, i've always wanted one but i could never find one that was that nice so i'm really happy. plus i got new leather gloves to replace my old ones. i was using my old Arab show gloves becuase i'm not showing anymore, but they were really starting to fall apart *lol*
as always, my Aunt and Uncle from Canada came down and my grandfather and PimPam (dont ask, i have a kinda wacky family structure) came up from Vancover, WA. So ya, my mum was working until late though so we had to entertain for forever >_< i really hate entertaining and so does my dad *lol* at least the sis (it was just the 3 of us until the Bro go toff work) tried to entertain. *blech* i may be the youngest child but i do NOT like having the spotlighton me or trying to make conversation with people i see once a year.
but it was ok, i survived. i played cards with the Bro-in-law a bit, drank egg nog, and even got out of having to play my guitar for anyone *lol*
