... i'm not one to be impressed w/ hype and stuff, in fact it turns off most times. so, that added w/ the fact that i'm not a big Leonarde Di'Caprio fan, i was never really interested in seeing Titanic. plus both my sis and a friend said it was for the most part a waste of time. but yesturday a friend of my mum's loaned it to me and i just finished it OMG! i'm still crying! i'm afriad i'm going to short out my keyboard if i'm not careful! 45min before the end the tears just started rolling and when the ship was going down and you saw all the bodies... it just really drove it home for me. i'm from WA so i've been to the Titanic exhibit in Seattle but that just didnt get me the way this movie did.

and the love story was just so... *sobs* Jack was so freaking wonderful and he set her free i... *sobs harder* that has to be one of the first times something actually historical, not fantasy or fiction, has mooved me so much. i simply cant describe it *quickly runs off to get a tissue*

and Celine's song really is absolutely perfect! gawd, that movie deserved every single award it received. it was amazing!
