NaNoWriMo ...

... is just around the corner. it's so exciting. I think I shall definitely be using my journal to keep track of my novel since LJ has bene so nice this year and supportive to the event.

if you've never heard of nanowrimo before.

So i've gradually begun making icons again. just sort of easing myself back into it. cruising LJ for current "it" icon styles and etc.

School is CRAZY. i honestly didnt think senior year would be all that much different from years previous because i've always been busy but no, it is, and it's terrible. i have 8 classes plus senior project (which is a JOKE, but don't get me startedon that) plus there is all this applying to college stuff i have to do, essay writing, info gathering, appling for scholarships. and of course i want to do none of it, i just want to hang out and watch Battlestar Galactica reruns and knit but alas i cannot.

i started a knitting circle with some gal pals of mine, it's very fun. i'm currently working on a patchwork blanket (made out diamonds not squares though) i've got 71/170 -_- but i've only been working on it just shy of three weeks so i figure if i can speed up today and tomorrow and keep up the pace i should be done in another 3-3 1/2 weeks which would be cool.

but yay! NaNoWriMo, just in time to make me even busier.
