mmmm muffins
May. 22nd, 2004 02:51 pmso, i've been having the most bizzare craving for some good Lo Mein and a blueberry muffin... so, i was thinking yesturday, i could make poopyseed muffins! so i started going through the cookbook (Joy of Cooking generally can cover most of my baking needs *lol*) and i found some recipes of enclairs and Napoleons and *wipes away drool* now i really want to make puff pastries. *lol* i am really wierd sometimes.
the sis gave me one of her baby alovera (sp?) plants when i was on my herb garden kick but... it kinda died on me.... >_< i killed a cactus, how pathetic is that? seriously. ya, i dont know if i ever mentioned that my parsely was doing realllllyyy well (i had grown it from seed) but then one day i went to water it and they were all dead. :( its sad, nothing will grow for me.
been messing around with making flowers and crap in PS lately. they look kinda cool for an abstracty watercolor look. i want to use them in a wallpaper soon but i havent had much inspiration lately.
have spent the last couple hours *glares at slow connection speed* downloading music *lol* its so much fun *bounces*
god, those enclairs are calling to me... i've never made pastry before... it probably wouldnt be a very good idea either... i need something to read.... preferably X/S or something... long and complete with lots of plot and angst... or even fluffy. guy turning into a girl is always a hoot *nudge nudge* any ideas just throw em my way.

... or ya know, a croussant (sp?) would be really good too... i wish i lived closer to town... like, near a bakery or summat *sigh*
