winter_rogue: (doleful day)
I'm kind of completely shocked by this but I have definite Clint/Coulson feelings and this itch to write fic (maybe it's a reaction to spending this entire month pumping out a nanowrimo novel and my brain desperately looking for a way to faff off IDEK)

Crossposting a bit of fic I wrote earlier this week because even with the AO3, I tend to lose stuff I've written if I don't crosspost it to my journal as well and then down the road I'm all /o\

A/N: ok ok, I've been pulling my hair out over trying to write for the past two years. I literally haven't been able to compose anything of substance since 2008 nanowrimo. This is my first foray into Inception fic and my first completed anything (not ficlet shaped) in forever. Unbata'd, full of issues included tense abuse and many many run-on sentences because I've always approached writing like an abstract painting. I'm sure but the POINT for me is that I got this out, that it's written and complete and .. something.

I guess all I needed to do to feel inspired by fandom again was to forcibly stop playing world of warcraft. GO FIGURE.

Fic drabble thing. It's very blahhhh and felt like torture (of the tooth and nail pulling kind re: Supernatural christmas anyone?) but it definitely felt like a teeny tiny hurdle I needed to try to jump. I think the last time i wrote something SGA was still airing....

someone recommended a Crossover/Fusion challenge for [livejournal.com profile] sga_flashfic and whether thats up next or not it got me thinking. specifically about #9 by [livejournal.com profile] pentapus. i would love to see that or a variation thereof like nothing else, so why not try my hand at writing it myself?

yeah, we'll see where that goes. for now, admire the adorable pictureness. i *heart* numbers 5 and 6 too. okok, shutup, i *heart* all of them. #10 makes me ship Teyla/John just because it is so cute.
